The first in Greece, Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs - O.E.SY.N.E, has been founded in 25th of June 2001, and represents the majority of Greek young entrepreneurs at National, European and Global level.

In 2002 O.E.SY.N.E. becomes the national member for Greece of the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs - YES and in 2007 OESYNE is appointed as the Host Organisation of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, opening networks to the young entrepreneurs of Greece to more than 100 countries around the globe.
